What Happens in an Evaluation

Speed, Power & Agility Tests

A warm-up followed by a series of timed tests measuring your athlete's speed, power, and agility.

Functional Movement Analysis

Squat form, running form, change of direction technique, and jumping and landing efficiency, analyzed throughout the session.

A Sit-Down With Your Coach

Afterward, we sit with the athlete and parent(s) to discuss strengths and weaknesses and recommend the right classes for their individual needs.

Sample Evaluation Report

Baseline evaluation measured on the first visit: a warm-up followed by timed speed, power, and agility tests, plus functional movement analysis (squat form, running form, change of direction, landing efficiency).
