About this website

This website is an informational and marketing site. Program descriptions, schedules, coaching staff, age groupings, benchmarks, and pricing are provided for general information and may change without notice. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, a guarantee of results, or a substitute for the agreements you sign when you enroll.

The Free Performance Evaluation

• The Free Performance Evaluation is complimentary and carries no obligation to enroll in or purchase anything.
• Evaluations are booked through an embedded scheduling tool operated by WellnessLiving and are subject to coach and facility availability. Booking a time is a request that is confirmed by us or by the scheduling tool.
• You must be at least 18 years old to book. A parent or legal guardian must book on behalf of any athlete under 18 and must attend or authorize the evaluation.
• As a courtesy to our coaches and other families, please cancel or reschedule in advance if you cannot attend.
• We may decline, cancel, or reschedule an evaluation, for example due to staffing, weather, facility issues, or conduct concerns.

Programs, enrollment, and separate agreements

Enrolling in a program, paying tuition or fees, and participating in training are governed by separate agreements you enter into with us at the facility, which may include a membership or program agreement, payment authorization, medical and emergency information, and a release and waiver of liability. Those documents, not these Terms, control your participation in training.

If anything in these Terms conflicts with a signed program or membership agreement, the signed agreement controls for the subject it covers.

Assumption of risk

Athletic training, conditioning, and speed work involve inherent risks of injury. Before any athlete participates in training, a parent or legal guardian (or an adult athlete) will be asked to acknowledge those risks and sign a release and waiver of liability at the facility. Booking an evaluation through this site does not waive, limit, or replace that separate acknowledgment.

Health disclaimer

Content on this site is general information about athletic performance training and is not medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any training program, particularly if the athlete has a medical condition, a recent injury, or any concern about participating in strenuous activity.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and current information when you contact us or book an evaluation.
• Confirm you have the authority to provide information about any minor athlete you register.
• Use the site only for lawful purposes and not in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it or interfere with anyone else’s use of it.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, its servers, or connected systems, and do not scrape, harvest, or misuse content or contact information.

Intellectual property and trademarks

The text, graphics, layout, and other content on this site are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use, but you may not otherwise copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

“Parisi Speed School,” the Parisi Speed School logo, and related names and marks are trademarks of Parisi Franchising, LLC and its affiliates, used here under license. Nothing on this site grants you any right to use those marks.

Third-party services and links

This site relies on and links to services we do not control, including WellnessLiving for scheduling and YouTube for embedded video, and it may link to the main Parisi Speed School website and our social media pages. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on it is complete or current. We make no guarantee of any particular athletic outcome, result, playing time, roster spot, or scholarship.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PARISI SPEED SCHOOL MIDDLETOWN and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). This section does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not affect rights or remedies under a signed program or membership agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PARISI SPEED SCHOOL MIDDLETOWN and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your misuse of this website or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to this website or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Effective” date above and post the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
