Team Training · Baseball Programs

Faster to first. Healthier arms. A roster that trains like it means it.

Parisi partners with high school, junior high, and travel/rec baseball programs to train speed, strength, and injury resistance across the whole roster - measured and proven, not just promised.

What Coaches and Parents Ask Before Signing On

The real questions, answered directly.

We already practice five days a week. Why add one more thing?

More reps with poor mechanics just reinforces poor mechanics. This is training that transfers to the field, not more hours of throwing and swinging - it's the speed, strength, and movement work a practice schedule doesn't cover.

What does this actually cost the team?

We'll quote your roster a straight price up front, before anyone commits - no per-athlete upcharges, nothing buried behind a form. Compare it to what travel families already spend on private lessons and showcases.

How do we know it's actually working, and not just another gym?

Every athlete gets a measured evaluation, printed and reviewed with them, then re-tested after training. That's a documented before-and-after, not an opinion.

What if only some of our guys are into it?

Start with a Team Testing Day - one session where every player gets evaluated - before your whole roster commits to anything. Low stakes, real numbers.

Case Study

Pine Bush Rebels Baseball logo

Pine Bush Rebels Baseball

New official training partner.

The Rebels partnered with Parisi to put their whole program - not just a few top arms - through certified coaching, a real evaluation, and training built to reduce injury risk while building game speed. Five areas, tracked for every player on the roster:

  • Skills
  • Speed
  • Agility
  • Strength
  • Confidence

This is what a team partnership actually looks like: a named program, training on the record, not a hypothetical.

Built for a Baseball Roster, Not a Generic Class

The biggest fear from baseball parents isn’t performance - it’s injury. Our system is built around that, first.

Reduces injury risk across the whole roster
Builds physical potential, not just conditioning
Bolsters team unity through shared training
Layers onto any existing strength program

The Parisi Method 4 (PM4)

  1. 1

    Active Dynamic Warm-up

Choreographed exercises raise core temperature and blood flow. PM4's cornerstone.

  2. 2

    Movement Skill Methods

Deceleration, acceleration, change of direction, and maximum speed.

  3. 3

    Strength & Power Development

Targets the muscular and nervous systems to build strength, power, and stabilization.

  4. 4

    Total Conditioning

Extends power output over longer periods to reach potential athletes may not know they have.

For Your Coaching Staff

High school, junior high, and travel/rec programs want different things from a partner. We hear all three.

High School Baseball Coaches

A measured edge, and a testing sheet recruiters take seriously.

Certified coaches build the speed and strength program around your roster, so your team shows up faster and stronger than the team across the diamond.

Junior High Baseball Coaches

Get your 7th and 8th graders ready for the jump to varsity tryouts.

The gap between junior high and high school baseball is physical as much as it is skill. We close it before tryouts, not during them.

Travel & Rec Baseball Coaches

Every kid on the roster, healthier and more confident - parents notice.

Arm care, landing mechanics, and movement quality for the whole team, so parents see fewer injuries and more confident players, not just your top three arms.

Where the reps get counted: the same batting cages your team already knows, now paired with a measured speed and strength program behind the swing.

For the Players

Get faster to first. Add power to your swing and your arm. Show up to tryouts with numbers, not just a highlight reel.

Coached by trainers who’ve been on the other side of the fence - Jeff Boucher coached baseball from kindergarten through high school for over 30 years before joining Parisi. This isn’t a gym guessing what your sport needs.

This Is What Every Player’s Parents Will See

A real evaluation, measured against national averages - printed and reviewed with the family, not a sales pitch.

Sample Evaluation Report

Baseline evaluation measured on the first visit: a warm-up followed by timed speed, power, and agility tests, plus functional movement analysis (squat form, running form, change of direction, landing efficiency).

From a Baseball Family

My son has been going to Parisi for over a year. We absolutely love the facility. Shaq is the best coach and so supportive of his students. He even came to watch our son play baseball last season. Coach Shaq and Coach Andre truly care about their students. You can clearly see that they love what they do! So much more than a 5 star rating!
